DescriptionThe Messrs estimate has been accepted. Mr Ruddle's commission will be paid by the Royal Society and a distinct arrangement has been made with him to this effect. The Messrs are to perform the work to Ruddle's satisfaction, as architect, and they must be responsible to no one else as his deputy. Provides Ruddle's address at Montague Chambers and asks the Messrs to notify him when they intend to begin.
