DescriptionThe Treasurer, John Evans, asks Rix to say that the exhaust-pit appears to have been successful so far as the upper regions of the house are concerned but there is still considerable noise in the basement from the in-take. Rix asks for an estimate for the rectification of this problem. Rix also asks Mr Gorham to call as he has sundry other matters to speak to him about and suggests a time for him to do so.
