TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Few & Company
Date16 March 1886
DescriptionIn answer to Messrs Few & Co's letter of 13 March [1886] Rix believes their statement of the amount of ground-rent due on the six houses on Wharton Terrace, one, three four, eight nine and ten, is quite correct. With respect to number 11, this house was sold by My Hayes to Mr Barker and Barker has paid the ground rent up to Michaelmas 1885. With respect to number 12 Mr T Thompson has not paid his ground-rent but promises to do so shortly after 25 March. He has already paid the rents for numbers 13 and 14.
