DescriptionAdverting to Rix's letter of the 28th September, Rix has just discovered Spencer's picture. It had adhered to the interior of a cardboard tube in which Spencer's manuscript was packed. He fears the accident has caused Spencer some annoyance. Rix will apply at once for the necessary formal permission to return the photograph and Spencer can depend upon having it in his hands within a few days.
