DescriptionIn reply to Primrose's letter of 5th November, B5545/94, the President and Council have not been able to give a definite reply to Primrose's letter of 31st May because the matter in question has proved one of considerable difficulty and the negotiations were interrupted by the vacation and are still ongoing.

Rix is directed to state that the President and Council will lose no time in communicating with Primrose as soon as they are able to make a definite statement.
