TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], Secretary, Royal Society
Date17 November 1894
DescriptionIn answer to the letter Rix wrote to Dr Levy some time since asking if he received Strutt's letter of July last, Professor Victor Horsley says that Dr Levy is in Buluwayo, and that Horsley will see to the matter if the Society send him a copy of Strutt's letter of 28th July. Rix asks if he may acceed to this request. The alternations proposed by the referees to the paper were considerable and Rix doubts whether even Horsley, although he was the communicator, could carry them out without the author's concurrence and help.
