TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs W E Keen & Company
Date5 December 1894
DescriptionRix has received the following intimation from Messrs Few & Company but does not understand why they write that it is in answer to a letter from Messrs Keen & Company. If so, Keen & Company applied to the wrong people; Smith, Son & Oakley are the agents for the Royal Society's ground rents. Nevertheless the information they give should be noted by Keen & Company.

Rix quotes the Messrs intimation which records that by an indenture dated 26th November 1894, the premises now stated to be called 75 Wharton Road, formerly 13 Wharton Terrace, were sold to Mrs Maria Woodward, wife of Elijah Woodward of 84 Queen's Road, Notting Hill.
