TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to E W Celdure, 'The Street Railway Journal', Havemeyer Building, 20 Cortland Street, New York
Date21 December 1894
DescriptionIn answer to Celdure's letter of 11th December, the circular referred to the in 'Electircal' of 6th July is of quite a preliminary kind, only asking for the opinion and advice of other societies and individuals.

Although it is tentative it has been so widely circulated that practically there is no objection to acquainting Celdure with its contents and Rix therefore encloses a copy [not attached].
