DescriptionRix has re-suspended Blake's certificate in accordance with Hudlestone's request. The corrections which Hudlestone has indicated on the enclosed slip, except the new address, cannot be made, as it is contrary to regulation to alter anything in the body of the certificate after it has been signed. Alterations can only be made by means of a supplementary certificate.
