TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Dulau & Company, 37 Soho Square, W.
Date21 January 1895
DescriptionRix has suggested to the Treasurer [John Evans] advertising the unbroken set of the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' from 1820-1890, to sell at one third of the published price. If Dulau can sell a set on these terms the Treasurer is willing to allow 25% discount and 10% commission off this reduced price.

Rix is sorry they were not able to get the sets the Society are looking out for Dulau by the end of last week. The office and porter have been busy but they hope to be able to let them have the volumes in a very short time.
