TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Secretary, District Messenger Service, 50 Lime Street, E.C.
Date2 February 1895
DescriptionWith reference to the Secretary's communication of the 30th, the Secretary seems to be unaware of the terms offered by his representative.

Rix applied to the Company to know wether the terms originally offered to the Society of a call box free of rent and payment only of the ordinary tariff still held good. The Secretary's representative, Mr Hervey, called to explain that these special terms were only offered when the company was first starting but that the Company was still willing to give exceptional terms, which Rix details. Rix returns the form which of course he cannot sign [not attached].
