TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Karl Pearson, University College, Gower Street, W.C.
Date13 February 1895
DescriptionThe Officers have taken into consideration the point Pearson made in conversation to Rix; the importance for the sake of biological academies[?] of inserting the small diagrams, and they are willing that the whole should be done. They will be glad however if Pearson will undertake the redrawing of the figures as suggested. For this purpose Rix is sending registered, Pearson's manuscript, to be returned unaltered with new drawings. The drawings for the process-work must be in black in ink on white paper.

Meanwhile the Society is to go on with the plate work. Rix has seen the engraver Collings today who will ask for an appointment to take Pearson's instructions.

As a postscript Rix notes he believes Pearson wishes to make an addition to one of the plates. Collings will bring them with him for this purpose.
