TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Rubert William Boyce, University College, Liverpool
Date12 March 1895
DescriptionRix has Boyce's telegram and cannot understand his not having received the Society's circular and enclosures which were certainly sent. It is possible though unlikely some mistake was made in the address.

The circular was signed by Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] and was to inform Boyce that his paper had been voted for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', and inclosing criticisms and suggestions by the referee, a copy of which Rix now sends [see NLB/10/947]. Asks if these suggestions are accepted.
