TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster
Date3 July 1895
DescriptionThe paper by [S P] Kramer and [Victor Alexander Hayden] Horsley has waited another three months since Lord Rayleigh [John William Stutt] wrote to Professor Horsely about it.

Rix is quite uncertain if he is supposed to be going on with it or not. Thinks Foster had better not write to the authors until he reads what Rayleigh wrote and reminds himself of what Horsley addressed to the Council. It is most desirable this matter should receive Foster's attention at once.
