TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt]
Date8 July 1895
DescriptionRix is sending herewith a long reply from Professor Hearson to the referees [not attached].

Is also sending a note from Professor Burdon-Sanderson about Mr Burch's paper. They had supposed this to be for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', and it was referred at the last Committee to Messrs Reinold and Waller. It has not yet gone to the first referee. Asks to know if he should send the abstract to Burdon-Sanderson and whether the paper is to go to the referees all the same.
