DescriptionRix sent down to Somerset House and ascertained that they keep the Licence themselves when they grant the Certificate of Registration. It is, therefore, in their hands. Messrs Few, one would think, should have know this.

Rix is writing to tell the Messrs that if they require a copy they must apply to Somerset House. Rix shall await the result of Chree's communication with Mr Galton.
