TitleCopy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Mr J H Knowles, 15 Rush Hill Road, Lavender Hill, S.W.
Date24 July 1895
DescriptionThe first two items on the inclosed memorandum [not attached] may be charged to the Society; they will keep these books but the third is not wanted and should be collected.

Rix hear's Knowles has picked up a manuscript with some writing which Knowles believes to be Newton's. The correspondent asks Knowles to call between 11 and 4 on Friday, Monday or Tuesday. If it proves to be Newton's writing it is quite possible that the Treasurer [John Evans] may be willing to purchase it at a reasonable price.
