TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Robarts, Lubbock & Company, 15 Lombard Street, E.C.
Date26 July 1895
DescriptionRix does not seem to have had any answer to his letter of the 18 July asking for an explanation for two items in the pass-book. To these existing queries Rix adds an entry for four shillings received on 3 July. The Messrs have also entered £50 Joule Memorial Fund in the General Account pass-book, forgetting that this has a separate pass-book.

As a postscript Rix notes he has solved one of the queries which appears to have been a mistake of Herries & Company. He thinks it a pity the Messrs do not give fuller particulars in the pass-book.
