TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to E J Howard, Nocton Rise, Lincoln
Date29 July 1895
DescriptionA letter from the clerk of the Public Health Acts Committee about the drain concerning which Howard writes, was sent on the the Society's agents Messrs Smith, Son & Oakley, on 26th June, for them to answer on the Society's behalf. The Treasurer [John Evans] who had the matter in hand is now on vacation and Rix does not know what answer was made. All Rix can do is send Howard's present letter and the inclosure from Mr Wilson to Messrs Smith, Sons & Oakley, with a request that they will take the matter into consideration at once, and let Howard have an answer as soon as possible.
