DescriptionDr [Michael] Foster is to be at the Grand Hotel, Venice from today until further notice. In his absence Rix sends the inclosed letter from the Foreign Office [not attached], received this morning. Should Rix wish to consult with the other Officers, the President [William Thomson] is at large and Rix thinks the Treasurer [John Evans] returns from Ipswich to Nash Mills today.
