TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society
Date11 October 1895
DescriptionRix has consulted with Harrisons and finds the Society cannot get the new card made by Tuesday. If the cards are posted by the next day it will give the Fellows a fortnight's notice and Rix hopes this will do.

The name of each Fellow is put on so that the Society shall be able to make a list in case Foster requires to know afterwards who was there. It would be impossible to take the names down as they come in. About this and other matters Rix will speak to Foster tomorrow.
