DescriptionThe President [Lord Kelvin, William Thomson] will be at Paris to attend the Pasteur funeral and probably several Fellows will accompany him, though who will be officially appointed shall not be decided until Council next Thursday..

At the Centenary of the French Academy the Society shall present an address besides sending a delegate. The Society has had no formal invitation as a Society but several Fellows who are members of the Academy have had personal invitations and the Society shall act upon the strength of them.
