DescriptionLord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] has received Hearson's note of 31st October and handed it to Rix with the new version of Hearson's paper. The latter will be put in hand and an application will be made at the next meeting of Council for leave to return the models which accompanied Hearson's original paper.
