TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to Professor Victor Alexander Haden Horsley
Date12 April 1895
DescriptionExplains the delay with Risien Russell's paper on the cerebellum has arisen from repeated difficulties that the Committee of Papers has met in obtaining concordant and definite advice as to how they should act, and the difficulty has been increased by the matter of the cost of the illustrations.

The Officers has no final instructions at the last meeting of the Council and cannot act until they have received such instructions. Rix hopes these will be received at the next meeting of the Committee after Easter. Informally Rix notes the Committee have under consideration a very great change in the present mechanism of deciding upon the publication of papers and that probably a change will soon be made.
