TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Miss Buckton, University Settlement, 43 Nelson Square, Blackfriars Road, S.E.
Date22 January 1896
DescriptionRix reports that they have located the 'weather rhymes' about which he spoke to her, and he had been hoping to copy them, but found this impossible due to it being a busy time of the year. He therefore sends Buckton the references in case she can send someone to the Royal Society to make extracts of the books, or she could borrow them in her father's name and have them sent by Parcels Delivery Company.

Rix also mentions a book of possible interest which they do not have in the Society library, 'Weather Lore' by Richard Inwards.
