Date3 February 1896
DescriptionRix refers to a letter from Professor G Lindstrom in which he takes a strong line against the inclusion of applied science, and states that he will keep this with documents for the next International Catalogue Committee meeting. Letters in response to the circular have also been received from Professor Forel of the Schweizerische Naturferschende Gesellschaft, the Government of New Zealand, and the Royal Society of New South Wales.
