In answer to your letter of January 29th, covering copy of a note (No. 703) received through Her Majesty's Minister at The Hague from the Netherlands Minister for Foreign Affairs enquiring as to the probable duration of the proposed International Conference on the question of preparing an adequate Catalogue of Scientific Literature, I have the honour to inform you that the Committee who are making the necessary arrangements believe that the deliberations of the Conference will probably occupy about three days.
