DescriptionRix responds to McKendrick's letter of 3 February asking for an "additional certificate" for Professor Hamilton to tell him that Hamilton's original certificate has not been resuspended for the present session, and that no supplementary certificates can be issued until that has been done. As an original signatory, McKenrick is entitled to order its resuspension if he wishes, and as soon as he notifies them of this desire, Rix will put it up and send a supplementary form to him.
