TitleCopy letter from Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], to J L Williams, 30 George Street, Hanover Square, W.
Date26 February 1896
Description'Dear Sir,
I note your remark in your letter of Feb 25 that your paper on Dental Enamel is appearing in an American magazine. I am afraid that a difficulty may thence arise the practice of this Society is not to publish matter which has already appeared elsewhere. In any case the question must come again for decision by the Council in view of the present situation.
(signed) Rayleigh
Sec. R.S. [Secretary, Royal Society]'.
