Foster explains that the President and Council of the Royal Society have decided, for better security with regard to the use and final destination of apparatus and specimens obtained by the Government Grant in aid of Scientific Investigations, to make some changes to the regulations used to administer the grant. Foster transmits for their approval a copy of the amended Regulations, with the parts changed marked in red, and a copy of the previous form of Regulations enclosed for comparison.
