Adverting to your letter of March 10th and my answer of the 13th, I have now the pleasure to inform you that leave was granted at a recent meeting of Council for you to borrow the manuscript of your paper for the purpose of making a copy of the same. It will be despatched to you this afternoon, and it is an understood thing that it must be returned here in precisely the same condition as sent to you, without alteration or mark.
