DescriptionRix, in response to a request from the Royal Society's Treasurer for estimated costs for quarterly issue of 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' instead of yearly, requires certain information. He requests the cost of paper for one wrapper, 925 copies; cost of printing for one wrapper, 925 copies; cost of contents and index, paper and printing, one number, 925 copies; the cost of packing and addressing 475 for parcel post, postage not included, and 280 of which would have to be written up on customs lists.

If Rix has neglected to request any vital information, he asks that Harrison & Sons remind him. As the estimate is required the following week, he asks that they supply the requested data as soon as possible.
