The Royal Society has learnt with pleasure that the Government of Roumania intends to send a Delegate to the forthcoming International Conference on Cataloguing Scientific Literature. As they have not yet learnt the name of the Delegate nominated, would you do them the favour to hand to him the accompanying printed suggestions as to the procedure to be adopted at the Conference?
