Date2 April 1896
Description'M. le Ministre,
We were in February last informed by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs that the Danish Government had decided, in the case of the necessary vote being granted, to send Prof. Christiansen as the Danish Representative to the forthcoming International Conference on Scientific Cataloguing. If it has now been arranged that Prof. Christiansen is to attend the Conference, will you have the goodness to hand him the accompanying document explanatory of the procedure which it is intended to adopt?
I have the honour to be, M. le Ministre, your obedient servant,
