TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to M Paul Otlet
Date2 December 1895
DescriptionFoster sends thanks for Otlet's letter, and reports that the International Catalogue Committee have recently met, and that M E Solvay was present; he suggested that Otlet and M Fontaine would be willing to travel to London to consult the Committee on the matter. Foster, therefore, officially invites Otlet and Fontaine, alongside any other men who might accompany them, with Solvay suggesting M Beernart and M C Deschamp-Dand as possibilities.

The date is set as 12 December at 11am in the rooms of the Royal Society. Foster offers to rearrange it if it if that date and time should prove inconvenient for Otlet.
