DescriptionJames states that they have received a note from Alexander Siemens asking to be allowed to exhibit in connection with the Rontgen X rays experiments. He further notes that the Officers' wish to have Preece's opinion, especially as Mr Jackson and Mr Swinton are exhibiting. He cannot forward Siemen's note as it is with Lord Rayleigh, but it can be forwarded as soon as it is returned.
