Description'Dear Sirs,
In answer to your letter of the 14th inst. [instant], I have now looked into the matter of the deduction of 12/6 from your account, and find that the sum was, as you state, deducted from the "Miscellaneous Account" which has just been paid. You may, therefore, carry the amount forward to your next account as you propose.
