DescriptionWith reference to Reinstein's letter of the 25th May, concerning a 'program' for a general competition for a permanent, comprehensive and grand plan of the grounds and buildings of the University of California, Harrison is directed to say that as the subject does not come within the scope of the Society, Reinstein's letter has been forwarded to the Secretary of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
