DescriptionIn pursuance of their recent conversations, Harrison mentioned the subject of Seeley's paper to the Secretaries and is instructed to say that the original manuscript of any paper, ordered by the Council to be preserved in the Archives, cannot be returned to an author, but with the present case, being exceptional, a copy of Seeley's paper shall be provide for his use and Harrison has instructions to have such a copy made.
