Date6 July 1896
DescriptionBefore drawing a cheque for the Company's quarterly account for gas, Harrison asks if the Company will inspect and report upon the efficiency of the mater which he suspects is defective as indicated by the very large increase of gas measured for the June quarter during the past three years, in which period there has been no change in the arrangements to justify any such increase of consumption.
