DescriptionThe bearer brings Blandford the manuscript of Dr [David] Bruce's second report on the tsetse fly which Professor [Michael] Foster wishes Blandford to read. The Colonial Office send also some specimens of the whole and parts of the fly. These James retains at the Society as well as Mr Pringle's negatives, but they are to be handed to Blandford whenever he asks for them.

Encloses another copy of the 'Memorandum [not attached]'. There is nothing further to be done to it, and it has been circulated amongst the Tsetse Committee.
