DescriptionJames is directed to send the engrossed address which Thomson will require as the delegate to Princeton University.

Dr [Michael] Foster wishes James to say the the address is not sealed as the Council is in recess, but if the Princeton University authorities wish it sealed it could be returned for that purpose after presentation by Thomson.
