TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Dr Johannes Bosscha
Date1 June 1896
Description[Poor copy of typed letter, some areas illegible] In reply to Bosscha's letter, Harrison is unable to find whether a translation of [Gerard] Kinckhuysen's geometry or algebra were ever published in Latin, or any other language. The library contains 'De grondt der meet-kons' but no other of Kinckhuysen's works. Mr Chapman, who usually attends to queries arising from Bosscha's Huyghens work, has visited the British Museum but has not been able to find anything there and has consulted a number of catalogues of libraries but has not found translations of the two works in question.

Any expenses which may be incurred in connection with Bosscha's work, the Society shall charge him with as they arise. Apologises for the delay in replying to Bosscha's letter.
