TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Joseph Norman Lockyer, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date22 September 1896
DescriptionAcknowledges receipt of the corrected proof of Lockyer's paper on the total eclipse of 1893 and forwards the form containing information with regards to the presentation copies as requested [not attached]. Estimates the cost price of extra copies at two shillings a copy of perhaps less.

Regarding the arrangements for reproducing the illustrations which were made during Harrison's absence, the larger plates are not processed but collotyped, and the legends were left for after insertion on the plates, this plan involved no extra expense. Harrison will see that the inscription of the legends in their proper place is carefully revised.
