TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster and Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], to Richard Tetley Glazebrook, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Physical and Chemical Committee
Date1 June 1896
DescriptionExplains why there should not be a meeting of the Physical and Chemical Committee on the second Thursday in June. Suggests that when Glazebrook wishes to call a meeting of his Committee at the Society's apartments, that he first consult the Assistant Secretary as to whether it would be convenient with regards to the other business of the Society.

Will shortly send suggestions as to the most convenient methods of carrying on the work of Glazebrook's Committee.
