DescriptionBy a deed dated the 7th of July 1896, Mr William Nathaniel Froy assigned numbers 64 to 80 Wharton Road to Mr Herbert Moates Ellis of 143 Cannon Street, and by Mortgage dated on the 10th, July 1896, Mr Wllis mortgaged these properties and two other houses to Mr Thomas Fish of Lea Bridge Corner, Clapton. The ground rent in future will therefore be paid by H M Ellis.
