DescriptionAsks the Messrs to draw up agreements for the two new tenants taking over the Society's Mablethorpe estate, now vacated by Mr Howard. Numbers 55 and 56 are to be let to Mr H Gray of The Louth Hotel, Mablethorpe at £36-10-0 per annum on a yearly Ladyday tenancy. States various covenants that the agreement should include. Numbers 234 and 244 are to be let to Mr Strawson of Earl's Bridge Farm, Mablethorpe at £38-10-0 per annum on the same terms.

Asks to see a draft of the agreements as soon as they are ready.
