TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society
Date23 November 1896
DescriptionEncloses Foster's three letters for signature and copies of Foster's letter to the Eclipse Committee.

The table plan [for the Anniversary Dinner] was sent to the printers on Saturday afternoon and they are promised a proof tomorrow morning. As Foster will see from the enclosed letter, Professor [Thomas George] Bonney will look over the geological table tomorrow. The numbers of guests this time are so large that it is important these should not be upset. Harrison reckoned on seeing Foster tomorrow, when at Professor [William Chandler] Roberts-Austen's request, Harrison was to beg Foster to reconsider his intention of sending round the table plan to all the Officers and the acting table committee, as it would multiply the risk of changes.

Harrison supposes the enclosed letter from J A Harvie Brown will go on to Professor Armstrong. [No attachments].
