TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to the members of the Water Research Committee
Date4 December 1896
DescriptionThe estimate for [Harry Marshall] Ward's figures belonging to his Water Report is £400. Ward himself does not see his way to reduce the number any more; he has reduced them somewhat and is still of the opinion that it is worth the cost to publish them.

Asks if the members wish the Committee to be called to consider the question further, or whether the matter should come directly before Council without any other guidance than the opinions which individual members of the Committee may wish to express in writing to Harrison.

Asks for an answer before mid-day on 10th December.
