TitleCopy letter from A H White, to Professor Arthur Mason Worthington, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date20 January 1897
DescriptionWhite states that the proof of Series III was received back from Worthington, and has been forwarded to the engravers with the remarks and indications made by him.

White wrote to the engravers the previous day to request a pull of series VII to send on to Worthington. He suspects that they have already printed the series, though his latest memorandum is that Worthington is approving the plates. The remainder may be considered as 'out of hand'. They ordered Series VI for press on the 4 January.

He has again reminded the engravers that they need to return Worthington's lantern slides and all originals. He believes Worthington has the proof of the text in his hands.
